Coral is someone I would trust with anything, I know that she either will figure out how to get it done correctly or will understand it is out of her comfort zone and find the right person for the task. For example, she called because a lot of people in the area were getting worried about the fire season (We still live in San Francisco, although we are working on relocating to Durango as soon as we can.) She offered to research fire mitigation, came up with some recommendations, got estimates, and put us in touch with someone great. She is thoughtful and proactive.
She is also an excellent communicator. She’s straightforward and because of the way she approaches things, what could be an awkward conversation becomes a straightforward discussion.
